Fantasy Premier League differentials ahead of Gameweek 31
Before the upcoming round of Premier League fixtures, you should once again begin considering your Fantasy team as every club will be back competing once again.
With a host of sides missing out last weekend, some people may have suffered and will now need to pick a number of differentials to bring your squad back up.
Some notable fixtures worth keeping an eye on are the Chelsea versus West Ham United match, the West Bromwich Albion versus Norwich City game, and the clash between Newcastle United and Sunderland.
Last week saw a few setbacks as Xherdan Shaqiri suffered an injury early on and was only able to register one points while Benik Afobe had a quiet game, adding only two points to his tally.
However, Tottenham Hotspur defender Kevin Wimmer kept a clean sheet as expected, ending the previous round of fixtures with a total of six points.
So, here are three possible Fantasy Premier League differentials for you to consider ahead of Gameweek 31.
Bertrand Traore
Chelsea attacker Bertrand Traore (5.4 and owned by 0.1%) could be in line to start against West Ham United this weekend following the suspension to Diego Costa. Despite only making a few Premier League appearances this season, he has so far been quite impressive.
Eden Hazard is also a doubt for the fixture as interim boss Guus Hiddink is expected to select Traore to either play up top or on the flanks. He only featured four times this term, but has already scored two goals so far while providing another one assist.
Salomon Rondon
West Bromwich Albion star Salomon Rondon (6.5 and owned by 1.3%) has been a prominent figure up top for manager Tony Pulis since his arrival. The Baggies will host a struggling Norwich City side who have gone 10 Premier League games without a win.
Salomon is expected to lead the lines for his side tomorrow as he looks to add to his impressive goalscoring tally. He has already scored seven goals this season, with four of them coming in his last six matches.
Jermain Defoe
Sunderland star Jermain Defoe (5.1 and owned by 3.8%) has been one of the standout players for his side this season as they look to fight their way out of the relegation battle. With the Black Cats sitting in 17th place and facing 19th place Newcastle United this weekend, a win could propel them further away from the danger zone.
They have drawn their last two fixtures, with Defoe also looking to add to his impressive goal tally this term. The striker has already scored 11 times this season, with two of them coming from his past six league matches.
