West Ham United reignite Joe Hart interest, fans react

West Ham United fans would have heard this one before, but it seems as though the club are keen on bringing Manchester City goalkeeper Joe Hart to the London Stadium.

Sky Sports have claimed that the Hammers have stepped up their pursuit of the England international.

It is believed that West Ham are keen on agreeing a loan deal with City that includes an option to buy, whereas Hart’s club would prefer to sanction a permanent transfer.

The 30-year-old spent last season at Serie A side Torino on a temporary deal after City manager Pep Guardiola informed him that he would not be first choice.

Now that Ederson has arrived from Benfica, it is highly unlikely that Hart will force his way back into Guardiola’s plans.

While it remains unclear whether the shot-stopper will end up in East London by the time the transfer window slams shut in August, the fans have had their say on the latest reports.
